I am not a lawyer - you probably know it already - but the issue is not that simple. The video in here is a political parody and commentary that goes under the Fair Use in many countries. Often videos like this are not uploaded by the original author but by some third person... If I embed problematic video from YouTube to my blog, then I should not be responsible for anything as long as I follow YouTube Terms of Use. If somebody reports YouTube about this video and they decide to remove that, then it will be removed also from our blog. The player will just show a message about removed video.
