I am not a lawyer - you probably know it already - but the issue is not that simple. The video in here is a political parody and commentary that goes under the Fair Use in many countries.</description>

In case of this video the person who has made the video has clearly broken copyrights for the song and the video clips that are used in the video.

According to YouTube &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.youtube.com/t/terms&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Terms of Use the person who submitted the video is responsible for the copyright infringements. Often videos like this are not uploaded by the original author but by some third person...

If I embed problematic video from YouTube to my blog, then I should not be responsible for anything as long as I follow YouTube Terms of Use.

If somebody reports YouTube about this video and they decide to remove that, then it will be removed also from our blog. The player will just show a message about removed video.</description>
